Our aim is to reengage people in life through a range of physical, social, and creative activities, so they feel heard, empowered and inspired to make an impact in their life and step forward with confidence.

My Misson

My Mission is to empower, motivate and inspire young people through their experiences coping with the impacts of trauma and family violence, and who have or are experiencing stress, overwhelm, anxiety, depression or PND. My aim is to encourage young people to find direction in their lives and follow their passions, to evolve beyond their past and by challenging them through the activities I offer. By combining this with the fostering of self-examination and self-realisation I help to instil the qualities of resilience and motivation in young people. Let’s work together through some of those darker days and help you to find more light and joyful moments in each day.

Individual Sessions

These 1:1 sessions use person-centred and individualised therapeutic techniques that focus on holistic wellbeing, building resilience, emotional regulation and developing coping strategies.

Adventure Therapy

A 5-week intensive program that fosters resilience, self-awareness,
emotional regulation and personal growth. Perfect for young people who like to get active!

School Programs

- 5-week program targeting anger and frustration

- 5-week program targeting school re-engagement

- 10-week program with an outdoor component to target school re-engagement

 

These programs help students to better understand their anger, anxiety, stress and overwhelm in a small group setting. I assist students to better understand their needs and their emotions to build their resilience and emotional regulation through a range of coping techniques.
